Disgraceful Customer Service

The item arrived damaged and despite several e mails (all returned undeliverable
)and a desperate attempt to contact you via your Facebook page (not even the coursety of a reply)I still have a damaged item which was supposed to be for a Birthday present last week

AMAZING!

I was given this as a gift when I had my little girl and I am obsessed with it. It’s so nice to be able to relax on my own and then have wee toots come in to join me. I will definitely be back for more. Thank you! X
